Meet the Founder

Holly Duncan, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), founder and owner of Soul Harbor Counseling - a Telehealth therapy practice providing virtual counseling across Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia.

I work with individuals and couples navigating some of life’s most overwhelming and complex experiences - substance use, grief, cognitive changes, serious and persistent mental health conditions such as bipolar and schizophrenia, chronic health conditions, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, burnout, chronic stress & more.

Whether you feel stuck in patterns you can’t break, overwhelmed by emotions, disconnected in your relationships, or simply exhausted from holding everything together - therapy can become a place where you finally exhale.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and evidenced-based. I am trauma and grief certified, and I integrate clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach, tailored therapy to each client.

When working with personality disorders or more complex mental health needs, I focus on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

I earned my degree from Rutgers University, receiving Masters in Social Work and a certification in Substance Use Counseling, and have extensive experience in clinical and Telehealth settings.

Clients often feel relief early - not because everything is fixed, but because they feel understood.
